- Setup oversight and organisation
- Live management of timings and flow
- Problem-solving and last-minute adjustments
- Stay through to completion and pack-down (if required)

- Full event planning over weeks/months
- Supplier sourcing from scratch
- Ongoing planning and administrative coordination

Pricing
- Small (1–30 guests): £350–£500
- Medium (30–100 guests): £500–£750
- Large (100+ guests): £750–£1,000+
⏰ Additional considerations:
- Weekend events: +15%
- Bank holidays: +25%
- Last-minute bookings (under 2 weeks): +20%
- Extra suppliers: £50–£150 per supplier
- Additional on-site hours: £40–£60/hour
