Pricing – Bespoke Fixed Pricing
- Small events: from £1,000
- Medium events: £1,500 – £2,500
- Large / complex events: £2,500 – £4,500+
Each event is individually scoped, with a bespoke fixed fee agreed upfront following an initial consultation.
⏰ Scope considerations (factored into your quote):
- Includes up to 8 hours of on-site event management
- Additional on-site hours available at a pre-agreed rate
- Weekend events: +15%
- Bank holidays: +25%
- Additional suppliers: £50–£150 per supplier
